Who's good at maths?
I had a whirling defence on me which is a 75% chance to block attacks and my target was also blind, that gives it an additional 90% chance to miss.
So, with the combined 75% evade chance and the enemies 90% miss chance, what are the odds that a lone rockshot could distract my skill? It happened! |

I've missed many distracting shots in Arena because of blindness.
Most of the time, the rockshots do miss when blinded. It was just this one instance when it managed to hit through a stance and a condition. |

I've had bonettis + guardian on me, and the rockshots used distracting shot on me, doing no damage, but still interrupting me. I believe it acts as a spell, or it did before/still does from some update.

Other then what I posted, I don't really see why it would hit <unless very luck distracting shot> or that it really does ignore conditions when used by an enemy... --The Shim |

Single enemy hitting through a full 11 second Gladiator's Defense.
My Hundred Blades missing both times while under Price of Failure. Bah, this game is against me. |

Can't remember, I was too frustrated. Pretty sure it did count it twice since they are considered separate attacks. Obviously not as bad as the blind/whirling situation... but it still can be aggrevating.

there is a 99.999 % chance that i don't know math..
But i do agree, 0.025 is about correct for that skills hit ratio! |

Yea, but 0.025 is 2.5%
So, it's very unlikely, but not crazy ridiculously unlikely. |
